1. Course Cancellation by Students

  • Since our courses are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, cancellations are not possible once payment is completed.
  • If you purchased a course by mistake and have not accessed any course materials, you may contact us within 24 hours for a review.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The course you purchased is not delivered as described on our website.
  • You are unable to access the course due to a technical issue from our side and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
  • Duplicate payment for the same course.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after purchase.
  • You have partially or fully accessed/downloaded the course materials.
  • You fail to complete the course within the given access period.
  • Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or software.
